Returns Policy

We will refund your purchase price and taxes only. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was broken in shipment and covered by insurance. After 30 days, if you need to return your product due to a defect covered by the manufacturers warranty please return the product directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Returns after 30 days for other than warranty will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. You must contact Frog Pond Aquatics directly for a return authorization number. No returns are accepted after 90 days of the purchase.

We ship our orders Monday through Friday via Fed Ex. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt unless shipping services are closed. We will be happy to quote on other shipping methods and services if requested. Additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We personally return all our calls and emails and do not contract with outside companies for support.

Free Shipping offers include shipping charges only, customers are responsible for all taxes, duty, service charges, expedited shipping costs and COD fees.

We ship over 98% of our orders complete. We will note on your packing list any items that are back ordered and the estimated arrival date of new stock. Please reorder after that date as we don't back order.
