The Arteich PL2016T is a complete underwater halogen spot with dual-direction swivel-mount weight able base. Included with the kit is a very nice UL rated transformer and 4 color changing lens covers R,B,G,Y and clear. This system provides a variety of mounting options from using the halogen light alone or with the included weight able base for placement anywhere in the water. These lights are excellent for highlighting a piece of statuary or waterfall and also looks good as a general underwater pond light. Uses standard 12v 20watt halogen spot included.
