We started Frog Pond Aquatics to provide the best of the best for aquatic hobbyists, backed by personal support and service. We don't carry every product available and we don't work with every manufacturer. We do provide products that will greatly enhance the enjoyment of your fountain, pond, water garden or aquarium. Our goal is for you to become as passionate about decorative aquatics and the aquatics hobby as we are.
The Frog Pond difference lies in our focus and intimate experience with the decorative aquatics hobby. Most other retailers have 10,000+ products for sale but our narrow focus allows us to be in tune with both hobbyists and our products. When you call us with your questions or problems you'll get someone with an intimate knowledge of every product on our web site. We know what we sell!
Frog Pond Aquatics sells products primarily in the US and Canada but we also ship internationally when needed. One of the main reasons we use only a few manufacturers is so that we can actually carry stock! Over 95% of our orders are shipped complete from our one and only warehouse (*1). in Charlotte, NC. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and we are available for calls and questions from 9am to 4pm, M-F Eastern time. We return phone calls and answer emails usually within 24 hours whenever received.

Our customer service staff carefully packs your order (your fish might be depending on it!) to insure undamaged delivery and we use the best of the best delivery companies, UPS and the United States Postal Service. If you want to use another delivery service we can arrange that also.
